Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Agents required will have to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures,
or governmental regulations. The work also includes the ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals. It also demands the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public, effectively and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess excellent judgment of customer questions, concerns and requests.

2. Must possess excellent analytical and technical skills.

3. Must possess excellent communications skills.

4. Can work under pressure without losing composure at all times.

5. Knowledgeable in Web 2.0 administration which includes changing passwords, user name resetting, etc.

6. Must be very good in decision-making and must be customer-care oriented at all times.

7. Proficiency in American, ANZ (Australia-New Zealand), U.K. accents and lingo, an advantage.

8. Willing to work on shifting schedules.

9. Enjoys talking to people.

10. Punctuality and Professionalism.
