			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Medical Biller/Claims Processor is responsible to submit claims to insurance companies for services carried out by a health care professional. When a patient undergoes a physical examination, the medical information gathered is evaluated to determine the level of service that will be used to treat the patient. The Medical Biller/Claims Processor translates this information into a 5 digit Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code. This code is then sent to the insurance company for billing.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>1.  Any medical course and background.</p>
<p>2.  Knowledgeable in medical terminology and anatomy.</p>
<p>3.  Ability to perform proper form completion, and coding (CPT and ICD 9 &#038; 10)</p>
<p>4.  Computer literate with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.</p>
<p>5.  Remarkable ability to provide customer service, can communicate effectively with patients, medical personnel, and other  U.S.-based administrative professionals.</p>
<p>6.  Willingness to learn and be trained.</p>
<p>7.  Able to work independently and follow instructions.</p>
<p>8.  Willingness to work on a graveyard shift.</p>
<p>9.   Punctuality</p>

Successful applicants will be transcribing audio files recorded from lectures, seminars, workshops, financing earning calls, telephone conferencing, speeches, religious sermons, minutes of meetings, dictated medical reports, entertainment and music recordings.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>1.  Excellent typing skills, speed of at least 35 words per minute.</p>
<p>2.  Excellent hearing acuity.</p>
<p>3.  Proficiency in English which includes excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation skills, comprehension and common sense.</p>
<p>4.  Remarkable ability to understand foreign accents and lingo such as American, European, Australian, Asian, etc.</p>
<p>5.  Willingness to learn and be trained.</p>
<p>6.  Able to work independently and meet deadlines.</p>
<p>7.  Reliable Internet Connection.</p>
<p>8.  Acquiring a foot pedal is optional, but can make work a lot easier and faster.</p>
